Initial Meeting                                                                                                                                                                                                     I will meet you at your house so that you can explain your goals and give me a tour of your existing home.  During this meeting I will provide you with an overview of the design and construction process, a general idea of construction costs, and of course plenty of "arm waving".  The initial meeting is free of charge.

Design Consultation                                                                                                                                                                                         I can provide you with schematic design ideas as well as more thoroughly developed architectural details.  Consultation if offered on an hourly basis of $350.00 per hour.
